Tough weeks and fun weekends!

Good morning!
Today's workout:
- 4 mile run

It has been a tough couple weeks.  I've been working 12-14 hour days and the husband has been travelling a lot for work, too.  With our schedules as of late, I've been struggling to stay on track with marathon training.  I had to do some altering of the schedule and my remaining weeks are posted below.

The marathon is October 4th and there are 13 weeks left on my new schedule.  Fridays are rest days before long run days, and so those aren't posted.  I feel a bit behind but am confident that I can kick it in gear and finish strong.

In other news, we had an awesome weekend up north at the cabin over the 4th. We drove up on Wednesday and even though I had to do some work on Wednesday and Thursday, we still had a nice, relaxing weekend boating, eating yummy food and spending time with family.  Our dog even went in the water, and he does NOT like the water. :)

After such a wonderful weekend, going back to work yesterday was tough, and since we got home later on Sunday, I didn't have any time to get groceries so ended up doing that last night.  Groceries took a bit longer than usual, as I'm currently working on something with a friend from college but to give that the time it deserves, I will be posting that later this week!
