Inspirations

The voice in your head that says you can't do this - is a liar.

It is my hope to inspire at least one person to run - if I've done that, then my blog is truly a success. I fully believe that a little inspiration can really change a run. Before a long run, I usually scroll through a few motivational quotes just to get the juices flowing. I'm sharing my favorites but feel free to comment and I'll add your inspirations and motivations and maybe give you a shout out as well =)

Sooner or later, you start taking yourself seriously. You know when you need a break. You know when you need a rest. You know what to get worked up about and what to get rid of. And you know when it's time to take care of yourself, for yourself. To do something that makes you stronger, faster, more complete. Because you know it's never too late to have a life. And never too late to change one.
